Born and raised on a sheep station in rural Western Australia, Imogen developed a profound versatility from an early age – surfing, diving, fishing, mustering sheep and riding dirt bikes. She began surfing in her mid-teens alongside her father and three brothers, and after conquering her first big wave at the remote Red Bluff, quickly revealed an extraordinary talent for tackling powerful surf.
Remarkably grounded, Imogen attributes her character to her unique upbringing where she learned sustainable living practices, how to live off the land, and developed a deep respect for the natural environment. Her fearless nature, determination and zest for life have led to ambassador roles with major brands including O’Neill, OTIS Eyewear, Jayco Caravans and Swox Sunscreen, as well as collaborations with GoPro Australia, Little Bellies, JSHealth Vitamins, MaxiCosi, Channel Island Surfboards, and Bec + Bridge.
When not travelling, Imogen resides in a small fishing town in Western Australia’s Mid-West with her fiancé – cray fisherman and big wave surfer Cortney Brown – their son Rambo, and two Siberian Huskies, Casper and Ghost. Between work commitments, the couple pursues wave-chasing adventures and creates content for their business ‘Good Times DOWN UNDER’.
