Ella has joined our team of integrative health practitioners as a well-respected mental health consultant with a special interest in trauma recovery, somatic psychology, and mental health optimisation.
Since an early age, she has been mentored by some of Australia’s leading psychotherapeutic experts and authorities and quickly developed a deep passion and curiosity for working with psycho-somatic and innovative modalities with her clients. Ella has a unique capacity to access and understand how unresolved distress in the nervous system can be worked with intelligently to bring about profound change.
Ella takes a holistic and person-centred approach that works with the restorative nature of healing to address sustainable, integrative transformation. Treatment incorporates trauma-informed cognitive and somatic-based therapies that identify the root causes and dynamics of your concerns and allows these to be addressed and processed in a comfortable, safe environment. She offers practical techniques and strategies alongside a broad scope of dynamic modalities that aim to empower you toward integration and growth.
